Roman Roads After Hours

Join us for another Roman Roads After Hours evening on Friday, January 23rd, as we discuss Samuel Coleridge and the Christian Imagination, and the official launch of The Sacred River. Dr. Joe Carlson will deliver a short lecture on Coleridge, followed by a discussion with Jason Farley. Space is limited - (free) RSVP required. The Sacred River: A Coleridge Reader on the Imagination will be available to purchase at a discount at the event.

Join us for a Shakespeare-themed Roman Roads After Hours evening on Friday, April 17th. Dr. Jayson Grieser from New Saint Andrews College will give a short lecture on King Lear, followed by a discussion with Dr. Joe Carlson.

Join us for a lecture on The Consolation of Philosophy of Boethius, by Brent Karding, who adapted the text into modern English and wrote an introduction for the Roman Roads Classics edition of this great work. A lecture will be followed by a discussion with Joe Carlson, and then audience questions and refreshments. NOTE: We have been made aware of an issue with the RSVP not working for some people.
